Statement of work for IT projects, or a service agreement for subscriptions and business support, plus a data-processing agreement.

Step 4

Milestones, demos and acceptance certificates for projects; monthly service and activity reports for ongoing work.

Step 5

Invoices reference the SoW or agreement and the period or milestone; payment by bank transfer between business accounts.

Step 6

Reports, timesheets and acceptance documents are archived and available to both parties and auditors.

Principles

Every invoice refers to a signed statement of work or service agreement
Invoice descriptions state the service, scope and period or milestone
Acceptance certificates, timesheets or activity reports are kept for every invoice
Payments are made only by bank transfer to and from the contracting parties’ business accounts
No cash transactions and no payments to or from third parties that are not party to the contract
VAT is applied according to place-of-supply rules (reverse charge for B2B services where applicable)

Commercial models

Defined scope, milestone payments on acceptance.

Monthly fee for hosted bots, data pipelines and dashboards.

Hourly or daily rates with timesheets, monthly in arrears.

Business support for an agreed scope per month.

We provide registration documents, VAT details and bank confirmation to verified clients.
